Rei and KC have been so kind to us eversince and we are really thankful when this couple invited us for a double date at Yumemiya Japanese Cafe on Rei’s birthday. One of the owners of this cafe is a friend of Rei’s sister so they decided to give it a try. The Japanese resto has an inviting and cozy atmosphere. Finally, I’ve cooked a spicy dish for my boyfriend. Bicol Express (Pork and Jalapeno in Coconut Milk) is just one of his favorites. Though we’ve cooked together before, this is our first time to try our very own Bicol Express. Due to conflicting schedule, my boyfriend and I rarely go out. Well, attending the Sunday mass and joining Magic The Gathering tournament happen during weekends so I’m referring to weekdays.
