If you are someone who enjoys having a delicious beef meal covered with barbeque sauce then this recipe is for you. The good thing about this recipe is that you do not need to be a professional chef to impress your friends and or your love ones.

Beef Brisket

Ingredients: 

3-4 Lbs of cut brisket beef

¾ cups of barbecue sauce

¼ cup of soy sauce

1 cup of water

1 teaspoon of flour

Procedure:

Step 1: Make sure that while you are preparing for the ingredients is that you preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. 

Step 2: Mix the barbeque sauce, along with the soy sauce and the cup of water in an empy bowl. 

Step 3: Afterwards, place the brisket roast on a large piece of aluminum foil then spread the barbeque mixture on it. Make sure that you are able to evenly spread the mixture on it so each part of the beef brisket will be able to absorb enough flavor. After doing this, wrap the brisket in the aluminum foil and then place it on a roasting pan and let it bake in one hour for every pound of meat.

At the same time, you also have the option to place the barbeque sauce and the brisket in an oven roasting bag. Pour a teaspoon of flour into the bag and then create a couple of holes in the bag before placing it in the roasting pan. Doing this alternative method can actually hasten the cooking time as compared to the previous method. You also have the option to lessen the temperature to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 4: After the time duration, you may now remove the beef in the oven and you can let it rest in the foil for at least thirty minutes before serving it.
